Aptolux team has already moved past the idea stage and has multiple fully functional pre-production models, a manufacturing plan and the confidence to deliver what is promised.

As a reward for your patience, we offer free international shipping. We will email you a tracking code once the shipment is done.

There is no sales tax for non-EU customers. If you want to order as a company with EU-VAT, please contact us at hello@aptolux.com and we will be happy to prepare an invoice for you. Customs duties may apply in all other countries.

As mentioned earlier, we have several pre-production kits that we are currently testing in the working environment together with other videographers around the world. Our next step is to begin production, which requires a minimum order quantity. The plan is for production to take six months. There is a possibility that current issues in the global supply chain may delay our timeframe by up to 3 months, but we will do our best to deliver the product to you in September/October 2022.

The money for the pre-order will first be reserved in your account. It will only be transferred to aptolux Ltd's account once we have reached our pre-order campaign goal. Once we have reached our campaign goal, the pre-order money is non-refundable. We will invest these funds in the production. However, if after receiving the product you feel we haven't delivered our promises, you can return it within 14 days and get your money back, no questions asked.

All your data and information are stored securely on our systems in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. 

Everyone who pre-orders will receive an invitation to the aptolux private Facebook group, where I will personally keep you updated on our progress. Also, you can reach me much faster in this group than by email. In this group, you are also welcome to share your videography experiences with anyone else who has pre-ordered or purchased any of the aptolux products in the future. See you there!
