If you do not pay past due amounts we may limit or block your use of the aptolux related services until payment issues are resolved. 6. Shipping policy

The products and services of aptolux are sent to the client only after the payment has been processed. For shipping the product, we use our approved and secure third party service providers. We personally do not take responsibility for shipping quality, time and price. The shipping time shown on our website is provisional and can change depending on many factors. For returns of a damaged product we do not have a specific provider, as client can choose it by themself. All costs of product return have to be paid by the sending party.

7. Warranty policy

Guarantees and returns are in compliance with European Union European consumer law. It is possible for customer to return the purchased product within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, and receive a full refund. With a full warranty, aptolux guarantees to repair or replace a faulty product during the warranty period of 2 years. This is evaluated by manufacturing specialists. If the product is damaged or defective by aptolux manufacturing fault, it offers a full warranty to repair or replace it within a reasonable time. To ask for warranty coverage, the customer must have a document, that approves the purchase process on the aptolux website. Refunds for a product are only in very limited times, mostly aptolux repairs the damaged product. If it is the clients fault for the damaged product, aptolux can charge repair payment or refuse to repair the product.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
